Stephen Kapuschansky Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer Mr. Kapuschansky is the Founder, President and CEO of Aypeks Consulting. His education in technology and the start of his career into the consulting industry provided the motivation to start Aypeks Consulting in 2007. On many of his client engagements, there were often disconnects between the strategic direction of the client and the technology being implemented. Recognizing that there is a very large gap between the business and technology, and, more importantly, a void in the market for a bridge between them, Mr. Kapuschansky founded Aypeks Consulting. Prior to Aypeks Consulting, Mr. Kapuschansky was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he gained valuable experience in tying technology solutions back to the client’s mission, vision, and goals. Mr. Kapuschansky’s work experience extends across many verticals including Government, Automotive, Financial Services, and Energy sectors. His knowledge across those verticals provides the foundation for the Aypeks Consulting offerings and services.
Mike Eader Director of Operations Mr. Eader serves Aypeks as Director of Operations, coordinating budget, hiring and labor planning, streamlining processes, ensuring policy compliance, and overseeing Aypeks’ day to day business. He has over 20 years’ experience leading and managing people and systems. Mike makes sure that Aypeks is successful internally as are the services we provide to our clients. Prior to Aypeks, Mike was the Contracts Manager for DRS CenGen where he managed the entire lifecycle of Government contracts and subcontract agreements. Mike also worked as the Operations Manager at UPS where he led multiple successful operations and personnel in a fast paced, service oriented production environment.
